SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT 

By Placing an order with Freya Adventure Jewellery you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.

I Make each Item by Hand and to Order

Therefore please allow 7 -10 days processing time for your order to be made, packaged and posted to you.

I often have items made and posted out, well before 10 days, but during busier periods this may not be possible. 

If you require and item/s by a certain date please do get in contact with myself, well in advance.

Please contact me before purchasing any last minute items

as it may not be possible for me to make the item/s and post out the next day.

POSTAGE

All items are sent by Royal Mail, in large Letter Parcel Boxes and Packaged nicely but simply (for environmental reasons by packaging is minimal but beautiful to create less waste)  so each item is well protected during transit.

Delivery options are available on check out.

Standard Delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for at £2.50 

There is an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for at £3.50

Unfortunately I cannot offer Next Day Delivery as I need time to make each item.

Please Note I cannot take Responsibility for items being delayed or damaged after dispatch. 

How long it takes for your item to arrive will depend upon the shipping method you choose and if there are any delays with Royal Mail (busy times such as Christmas) which I cannot be held responsible for. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

I offer a 14 day returns Policy, contact needs to be made first to arrange your returns

You have 14 days to return any unwanted items

Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

If you return your items within the 14 day period, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method.

 The 14 days will start from the day after the items were delivered to your home address. 

For credit/debit card payments please allow 3 -5 working days for your refund to be processed.

Unfortunately, I am unable to cover Returns Postage Costs at this time.

It is advised to return your items in a padded envelope, if you are unable to get hold of a postal box, to protect the item/s during transit, and send it Signed For or Special Delivery. 

Special Delivery is the only option that will cover the cost of the Jewellery you have purchased, if lost. Unfortunately Signed for no longer covers Jewellery, but will allow you to track and know when the item has been returned to me.

All Earrings are non refundable due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

Also Custom Items are also Non Refundable.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, I do not offer exchanges, due to each item being Made to Measure and Made to Order.

I have made this decision as I cannot afford to pay for double postage, therefore if you have ordered the

wrong item or wrong size, you need to request a full refund from me.

The items must be returned in the original packaging and then you will need to re-purchase the correct item.

Cancellations 

If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, please get in contact within 24hours of placing your order.

Orders may not be possible to cancel if you do not contact within the first 24 hours of placing an order.

Once an order is dispatched it will not be possible to cancel the order.
