What information do we collect and why?
To be able to place an order of jewellery from our website, we will need to collect the following information.

This information allows us to provide you with a good service, ship out your items, keep you up to date with orders and dispatch and allows us to keep records of orders purchased.
Your details will Never be passed onto anyone else, nor shared with anyone else.
Your details are used solely to be able to place an order with Freya Adventure Jewellery, they only exemption to this rule is if we would be required to do so by law.

Financial Information such as credit/debit card information is not stored on our website.
Secure Independent Service providers handle payment methods for more information on the terms and conditions for each one please follow the links below.
In the unfortunate event that security is breached and you are affected, we will contact you and liaise with the companies involved to resolve the matter swiftly and securely.

​3. Do you automatically enrol me to your mailing list?
No we do not, you will only be added to our mailing list if you choose to subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
If you are after a wholesale order for an event or a shop please contact me to discuss this further; email: freyaadventureawaits@gmail.com

Please be aware as I make to order and I do not necessarily physically have in stock all items on my website, due to storage reasons, I require plenty of notice to buy in what is needed, make the products and get them packaged and shipped out to you/your business.
​
I also will require a non-refundable deposit, which will be agreed upon on discussion on what products you are after and quantities, to allow supplies to be purchased to make the goods.
Once all items are made I will contact you with photos and videos to confirm you are happy with the items, and said items will not be shipped out to you until I have received full payment from you/your business (which again will be agreed upon during the discussion period) full payment will include postage and packaging costs.
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item/s you receive please contact me for this to be resolved, via the email above and if required a full or partial refund will be issued (this does not include the non refundable deposit) , after items are shipped back to me, in the original packaging and not damaged/used. Unfortunately cannot cover returns postage costs.
